Users are responsible for all content they upload to QuickList. You affirm that you have the right to share any images or content you post.
The following content is strictly prohibited on QuickList:
NSFW or adult content
Illegal content or activities
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
Spam or excessive self-promotion
Copyright infringement
Harmful, threatening, or abusive content
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Important: Inactive content may be automatically deleted after long periods of inactivity to maintain platform performance and storage efficiency.
Lists that have not been viewed for extended periods may be permanently removed. You will receive warnings before any content is deleted. Open your lists regularly to keep them active.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates platform policies, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:
Content that violates these Terms of Service
Content reported by users as inappropriate
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Inactive content as per our cleanup policy
QuickList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
